You have the right to terminate this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SaúdeDigital Portugal, Lda., Rua das Flores 87, 1200-195 Lisboa, Portugal, email: [email protected], phone: +27 11 784 3291) of your decision to terminate the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you terminate this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your termination of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture depends on an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly personalised to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, cannot be returned once opened, if the seal was removed after delivery.
